Health screening and temperature checks

All employees are screened, and temperature checked prior to beginning their shift. Any employee with a registered temperature above 37.8 degrees will be sent home to contact NHS (111).

Regular surface cleaning

Our coaches and offices are cleaned and disinfected daily with high-grade products, tested and effective against coronavirus bacteria. As a secondary measure our coaches and offices are also cleansed with an antibacterial atomiser device. (Fogging)

Bus stops

We can’t always get signage out to every bus stop so please be responsible when waiting at bus stops and maintain a social distance between yourself and other passengers forming a socially distanced queue.

Sanitising stations

All coaches have hand sanitiser stations at the passenger entrance door. Please sanitise your hands before boarding the coach. All hand sanitiser is medical-grade, non-alcohol-based sanitiser effective against coronavirus bacteria.

Boarding the coach

Please be patient when boarding the coach, leaving a social distance between yourself and other passengers. Once on-board please travel to the back of the coach and take available seats loading from the back to the front.

Where to sit

To maintain a social distance, please only use seats which are not marked ‘out of use’, unless sitting next to a member of the same household.

Fares

For your safety and the safety of our staff please use the correct fare wherever possible. Please refer to our fare charts here

Face coverings

Passengers on public transport services are required to wear a face covering when travelling unless they are exempt. Private hire passengers and Home-to-School transport passengers are exempt from wearing a face covering, however, it is the preference of the company that all passengers wear a face covering while traveling.
