A huge thank you to the lovely Amanda who answered the phone in such a cheerful manner & was very quick to contact the driver of the School bus on a Friday night regarding my sons lost iphone watch, and then quickly got back to me saying it had been found, & the alternative solutions for getting it back to us.

Please also say Thank you to Adam the driver who took the time to look for my son’s watch & found it.

I’ve always had wonderful customer service from Horseman coaches, especially the very friendly & helpful Anne who deals with the school passes.

I work in Customer service so I know how difficult the public can be & how important it is for staff to be told how wonderful they are being at their job, people are quick to complain but not to write in with compliments, so please pass on my thanks.
