I just wanted to contact you to say that this morning on walking past one of your coaches at the Hemdean Road / Rotherfield Road junction, I heard one of your drivers greet the young people getting on the bus. He was so friendly and polite giving everyone an individual cheery “good morning”. I just wanted to say it was really nice to see and hear.
A great example to set and a positive start to a school day.
